Roasted Maple Rosemary Almonds

A quick and easy snack to make this winter! I love the sweet and saltiness of these almonds. I whipped up a batch before a cocktail hour with some friends and placed on a meat and cheese board. So it makes for a great snack to munch on at a party.

Enjoy!

Roasted Maple Rosemary Almonds

  • 1 pound raw almonds (about 3 cups)

  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • 2-3 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

  • Sea salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Toss the almonds in the maple syrup. Add rosemary and sprinkle with sea salt. Spread on a sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Check on them often around the 8-9 minute mark so they don’t burn.

  2. Sprinkle with more salt, if needed. Let cool and store in airtight container.
