Roasted Maple Rosemary Almonds
A quick and easy snack to make this winter! I love the sweet and saltiness of these almonds. I whipped up a batch before a cocktail hour with some friends and placed on a meat and cheese board. So it makes for a great snack to munch on at a party.
Enjoy!
Roasted Maple Rosemary Almonds
1 pound raw almonds (about 3 cups)
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2-3 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
Sea salt, to taste
Directions:
Toss the almonds in the maple syrup. Add rosemary and sprinkle with sea salt. Spread on a sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Check on them often around the 8-9 minute mark so they don’t burn.
Sprinkle with more salt, if needed. Let cool and store in airtight container.
