Fall Mimosa
I love making this cocktail every fall because 1) it’s soooo easy - just two ingredients, and 2) it tastes like a hint of fall thanks to the cider!!
All you need is a bottle of bubbles (I usually do Prosecco), and then chilled apple cider. And if you want a garnish, you can do a sprig of fresh rosemary, a cinnamon stick or a dried orange slice.
This is also perfect if you are entertaining because it’s so easy! But looks super fancy and tastes really good.

Fall Mimosa
Bubbles (prosecco, champagne), chilled
Chilled Apple Cider
Garnish: Rosemary sprig, cinnamon stick, dried orange slice
Directions:
In a cocktail glass or coup, fill 3/4 with bubbles. Fill the rest of the way with the apple cider.
Top with a garnish, if desired.
