Here is fun green smoothie to add to your summer breakfast routine

You can use fresh or frozen peaches in this one.


Green Peach Smoothie

Makes 2 Servings

  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups sliced frozen peaches (unsweetened)
  • 1 ½ cups skim milk or almond milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp. spurilina
  • 2 tsp. bee pollen
  • few dashes cinnamon


- Blend all ingredients until very smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
