Easy Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies (Just 4 Ingredients!)
If you've been around here for long, you know I love a good homemade cookie recipe. But as a mom of three, I also know that sometimes you need a quick, easy recipe that everyone will love.
That's exactly why these Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies are a fav.
Using a boxed cake mix is one of my favorite baking shortcuts because it already includes most of the dry ingredients. That means less measuring, fewer dishes, and cookies that come together in just minutes.
And can we talk about Funfetti for a second?
There is just something about that classic birthday cake flavor. These cookies taste a little like cake batter! And are incredibly soft and chewy. They always disappear quickly at our house!
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it's perfect for baking with kids.
Since there are only four ingredients, little hands can help with almost every step. They love stirring everything together, and because there isn't much measuring involved, they stay interested from start to finish. Everything comes together in one bowl with a wooden spoon, making cleanup quick and keeping the mess to a minimum.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use any flavor of cake mix?
Yes! Funfetti is my favorite, but almost any boxed cake mix works well.

They're most likely overbaked. Remove them from the oven as soon as the edges are set. They'll continue baking on the hot cookie sheet as they cool.
Can I freeze these cookies?
Absolutely! Freeze the baked cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 months and thaw at room temperature before serving.
