Here is an easy and refreshing detox smoothie with an orange twist.
- 1-2 navel oranges or 2-4 small cuties (peel and cut in chunks)
- 1/2 - 1 cup frozen blueberries and raspberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal (optional)
