Here is fun green smoothie to add to your summer breakfast routine
You can use fresh or frozen peaches in this one.
Green Peach Smoothie
Makes 2 Servings
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- 2 cups sliced frozen peaches (unsweetened)
- 1 ½ cups skim milk or almond milk
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tsp. spurilina
- 2 tsp. bee pollen
- few dashes cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients until very smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
