These peanut butter cookies have THREE ingredients. I added vanilla which makes four, but still.
There are no flours or butters to mask the pure peanut butter goodness.
To add a Valentine’s Day touch, press a Dove Chocolate Heart in the center of the cookies during the last minute of the baking time. After baking, I put heart sprinkles on top of the chocolate hearts as they cooled.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
Directions: - Combine all ingredients until smooth. Roll into balls and bake at 375 degrees for about 9 minutes.
- For the last minute of baking, press a Hershey’s Kiss or Chocolate heart in the center. Take out and let cool.
- MY TIP: I put the cookies in the freezer so the chocolate hardens quickly. I’m impatient.
Other ideas: You don’t have to add anything to these cookies and can be just a peanut butter cookie (with the traditional fork marks on top). But you can add things like chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or coconut.
